Booking Form for Portraits and Headshots

The following session booking agreement form is only applicable to portraits and headshots for personal use and non-work related.  

I would like to know if you have a date in mind that you would like me to consider.  Once you submit your booking, I will check if that date is available. Once we decide on the date/time, I will send you a date/time confirmation email with more information about the photo session.

If you have a preference on the location for your photo session, please let me know below. Thank you.



Portrait and headshots session fees are $275 or $450 with hair and makeup. I strongly recommend leaving the hair and makeup to the pros, it is a day-and-night difference in the final image and very well worth it. 

The session fee includes:

  • One location
  • Time and talent of the photographer
  • Up to 2 hours of shooting
  • Professionally edited images -  please refer to Terms and Conditions below for more details. 
  • In-person ordering session during which images will be showcased to put together a wonderful creative package that soothes your senses!

The session fee does not include:

  • Session fees do not include digital images, prints or products. More information about packages and pricing here.
  • A travel fee of $25 per every 15 miles for sessions further than 15 miles from Tysons Corner, Virginia -- if applicable.
  • Location fee -- if applicable.

The session fee is non-refundable and due to booking any session. 

Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Session fees are non-refundable, but are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive on time to make sure everything will run as planned. The photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. If running late, please make sure the photographer knows 10 -20 minutes before the session time.

RELEASE Agreement: I hereby give permission to Adriana Escalante Photography to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.  If a minor, parent or guardian must sign the booking agreement.

PROFESSIONALLY EDITED IMAGES: Professional editing and retouching of the images are limited to basic beauty retouching (skin and hair). Retouching for Seniors includes beauty retouching for acne.  More involved retouching such as lifting, wrinkles, thinning, etc. is available upon request and has an additional cost of $35/photo depending on what is being requested.

COPYRIGHT and USAGE RIGHTS: All images included in this package or bought a la carte are intended for personal use only. No commercial usage is allowed. Any other use than the originally intended of the images by Adriana Escalante Photography shall require a separately negotiated license.

PHOTO ETIQUETTE and RESTRICTIONS:  Please familiarize yourself with Adriana Escalante Photography's photo etiquette: as it will answer a few doubts you may have about proper handling of professionally edited photos.  Thank you.

Hair & Makeup Services Add-On

Before you proceed to make the payment, please let me know if you want you to want me to have a hair stylist/makeup artist at the photo shoot or you would do it on your own.  Thank you.

Important: please allow more than 2 hours for the entire photo session if you choose to have a makeup artist/hairstylist services.  

Consent of Electronic Signature

By signing this release form electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this form, is as valid as if you signed the document in writing.  You consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this RELEASE agreement. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature and that the lack of such certification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your electronic signature or any resulting agreement between you and ADRIANA ESCALANTE PHOTOGRAPHY.
