RELEASE Agreement: Adriana Escalante Photography reserves the option to feature your headshots for internal marketing purposes as well as to be featured on your company's website. Your images will not be used for other purposes. By signing this release, you irrevocably approve for past use and permission for present and future use to Adriana Escalante Photography of my photos in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, editorial, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.  If a minor, parent or guardian must sign the model release.

COPYRIGHT and USAGE RIGHTS: All images in this photo shoot are copyrighted and are intended for personal use only. You may use your photos on social media, personal blogs, personal portfolios, resumes, editorials, promotional personal material, and personal prints.  No commercial usage is allowed. Any other use than the originally intended of the images by Adriana Escalante Photography shall require a separately negotiated license. Commercial use means intentionally using these images to make money.  If the original intention changes, the model/client needs to first consult with Adriana Escalante to calculate usage fees and royalties.  A new and different license agreement will be issued, beneficial to both parties.

By signing this release form electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature on this form, is as valid as if you signed the document in writing.  You consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this RELEASE agreement. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your electronic signature and that the lack of such certification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your electronic signature or any resulting agreement between you and Adriana Escalante Boutique Photography.
