BOOK YOUR SESSION

Pay the Session Fee – $425.
Required to secure your date.
Covers planning, creative direction, and shoot time.
Images sold separately.

CHOOSE YOUR PHOTO COLLECTION

Choose your photo package: Basic, Professional, or Editorial. Photo packages are based on the number of looks, the final images you need, and whether your shoot includes editorial or storytelling-style concepts.

Customize your session with optional add-ons such as professional hair and makeup, fashion styling, additional retouched images, or a model digitals refresh.

Note: Session dates are confirmed once the session fee is paid. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking, otherwise the date may be released.

YOUR INITIAL INVESTMENT

Session fee: $425

Secures your dedicated photo session. Covers planning, creative direction, and shoot time. Tethered shooting with on-site review images during the session. Optional Zoom consultation for final image selection. Valid for 3 months.

Images are purchased separately, available à la carte or in curated collections.

Professional hair and makeup available as an add-on. Artist rates vary.

MOODBOARDS + YOUR CREATIVE BRIEF

THE MOODBOARDS PER LOOK

Agency-approved mood boards (where applicable) for each look must be submitted at least one week before the shoot so the creative brief can be prepared on time, and sent to the team the Monday before the shoot.

THE CREATIVE BRIEF FOR YOUR SESSION

Mood Boards & Creative Brief

Models are expected to submit their mood boards approved by the agency for their desired looks. In turn, I will create a creative brief that includes the call sheet, the crew members, the location, the schedule, the mood board panels, and much more.

Test Shoot Session Fee

The session fee is non-refundable and due at the time of booking any session. It is valid for 3 months.

Hair and Makeup Fee

Hair and makeup fees depend on the hairstylist and makeup artist. You can use your own or I can book one for you. If you book your own, please make sure they have experience working with photographers.

Photo Session Duration

It depends on how many looks we end up doing, whether MUAH is part of the session and the location commute. In general, I block half a day for my test shoots. If more time is necessary, we will gauge it on the go.

Rescheduling, Tardiness & No-Shows

I understand things happen and rescheduling is necessary. I do ask that as soon as you know you can't make it please contact me. I certainly appreciate 12-24 hours prior notice. If you're running fashionably late, no biggie. But, if you are more than 20 minutes late, please beware that your photo shoot will be shorter than originally scheduled. No-shows are no-shows. No rescheduling is granted. You would have to rebook again.

What is the Creative Brief

The creative brief is a dynamic document that includes the vision I have for your test shoot. It will include the call sheet/card, the team involved, inspirational poses, your mood board for each look, the lighting treatment, and more. A sample is below.

Proofing & Final Galleries

You will have a proofing gallery link sent to you to pick your favorite photos within 3 weeks. If your agency has asked to see them, they will get the link as well. Once you make your selections, I will proceed with the retouching and final delivery. The turnaround from proofing to final delivery is about 4-5 weeks.

Can I Have the Original or Unretouched Images?

I strive to provide the highest quality images to all my clients, which is why I deliver fully edited and retouched photos only. This ensures that every photo meets my professional standards and showcases you in the best possible light.

Expedited Delivery Fee

There is a $195 fee for expedited images that need to be delivered within a shorter period of time than the established 3 weeks for the standard delivery of images. Please review the rest of my fee here: https://www.adrianaephotography.com/my-fees

On-Location Fee

All these packages are for in-studio only. However, if you want to have an on-location shoot, I would charge you a $295 fee if it is outside a 5-mile radius.
