Once we finish with these points of discussion, we move on to planning the actual photoshoot session (s) with a timeline and set of deliverables. At this point we will discuss the photo mix we want to achieve and also decide on the props, models, makeup, and hairstyling services and location. Finally, we will set the date or dates for the photo session (s).

I highly recommend that you consider getting professional makeup and hairstyling services for your photosshoot. This is all part of taking your personal brand to the next level and conveying ane extremely professional perception to your target client.
Please be reminded that if the photoshoot ends up in two separate sessions, you may need to hire the makeup and hairstyling again. I can always try to get a bundle package for you, but I cannot promise the MUAH will agree.

A friendly reminder that the booking/session fee is non-refundable.
Fashionably late is no biggie, but if you know that you will be 20-30+ minutes late, please let me know ASAP so that we can shift things around. If I am free, I don't mind making the session at a later time the same day if it works better for everyone, or alternatively, please reschedule.
What Happens If I Need to Reschedule?
We all live La Vida Loca so if you do need to reschedule, please contact me to choose a new date and time for your session within 24 hours. Rescheduling may be done anytime within a 6-month period. Rescheduling past the 6-month grace period and No-Shows would require rebooking and paying the session fee again.
I understand unexpected situations may arise out of your control, so if for any reason, you can't reschedule or do the session anymore within a 6-month period, you can also transfer or gift your booking fee to family or a friend. Please let me know ASAP within 8-12 hours of the session.
Delivery of Images
You will receive an email that your photos are ready within 4 -5 weeks of the photo session. At that time, we will do proofing and do a final culling of the photos for delivery. I can also deliver the photo suite by batches per its photo category. We will discuss this optional delivery format at proofing.
Recurring Packages Available
I offer my clients the option of having periodical personal branding photo sessions to have brand new content up to date with your business activities. Updating your social media content with professional photos is always a wise investment.
I offer payment plans of 2-3 installments over a period of 3-4 months or a monthly payment of $275 over a period of 4 months. However, I am always happy to work with you should you need an alternative plan that best accommodates your budget.
